The change in management at the resort led to new priorities in marketing, structure, and brand presence. To sustainably strengthen the resort's visibility and establish modern communication standards, it was necessary to reorganize internal processes and develop more efficient digital marketing strategies.
My role was to guide the team through practical coaching – from optimizing folder and data structure to the professional use of various marketing tools. This provides the company not only with a solid organizational foundation, but also with the knowledge and tools to implement future marketing measures independently, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
THE GOAL:
Anchor marketing expertise internally, use resources smartly, and operate independently of external agencies in the long term.
This also included a comprehensive evaluation of the software solutions and platforms with regard to their cost-benefit ratio, as well as structured "how-to" training that optimally combines theory and practice.
In addition to strategic consulting, I also provide hands-on support to the resort in the creative implementation of its communication materials. This includes, among other things:
Design and implementation of menus for the restaurant
Development of elegant hotel greeting cards for guest events and special moments
Design of informative and appealing flyers to be displayed in the resort.
Social media presence
I place particular emphasis on a coherent corporate design, clear messaging and a visual signature that reflects the character of the resort – high-quality, inviting and authentic.
